Pacific Fair Ripoff - Do these guys have Blue Cards?

Slippery Slideyz cloth worms worth 50 cents are being sold to children at Pacific Fair by a couple of characters for $10.

Without any parental consent, these guys slip into the crowd grabbing young children and sliding the "worm" over their hands and arms.

Do they need a Blue Card for this sort of interaction with minors in public?

At the very least, without any informed consent, their actions amount to assault under the Queensland Criminal Code.
In addition, their wolf whistling of attractive girls and women walking by their outdoor stall undoubtedly constitutes sexual harassment - but Pacific Fair management apparently tolerates this.

These ripoff merchants should be given the heave-ho from Pacific Fair, if management is serious about maintaining its family image.
