The Baden-Clay family.
Police are formally interviewing the husband of murdered Brisbane mother Allison Baden-Clay.
Gerard Baden-Clay is being interviewed by police at the case's Major Incident Room at Indooroopilly police station, after arriving there several hours ago.
Mr Baden-Clay’s lawyer joined his client at the station shortly before 5pm.
Mrs Baden-Clay, a mother of three, was reported missing by her husband, who said her watching television in the living room, on April 20.
Her body was found 10 days later by a canoeist under the Kholo Creek Bridge.
It is understood Mr Baden-Clay had refused to provide police with a formal statement until now.
